MUST HAVES:

· 10+ years of experience with Program/ Project Management
· Working knowledge of industry standard such as Project Management Institute (PMI)
· Demonstrated management experience in Project Management methodologies, producing documentation, collaterals, and artefacts
· Demonstrated experience with project and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
· Demonstrated experience with Public Safety Answering Point Telecommunication equipment systems such as Communication Console System (CCS), Trunked Radio System and Conventional Communication Solution, and its backup solutions
· Demonstrated experience with planning and implementing voice communication services and replacing voice communication systems in Public Safety environment
· Demonstrated experience with implementing and replacing voice logging system
· Demonstrated experience with back end technology of radio and paging systems
· Demonstrated experience leading a project from market scanning, procurement, planning, implementation to completion.
· Experience with PSRN project
